Church Management System

I developed a robust church management system using PHP CodeIgniter, streamlining various tasks including Membership, Attendance, Financial Reports, Events, News, and Calendar management. This system replaced outdated paper-based processes, resulting in a notable efficiency boost by saving approximately 4 hours of manual work per task. Notably, the integration of QR code attendance tracking and secure membership storage significantly expedited processes, reducing the time required from 2 hours to just 10 minutes. Moreover, the digitization of event sign-ups and prayer requests facilitated a smooth transition from traditional paper-based methods to efficient digital systems, further enhancing operational efficiency.
